Return Policy

WIGNICE takes great pride in offering quality products that meet your needs. We hope you to be completely happy with your order. For any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of new, unworn, unwashed, unopened, or defective products. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after receiving the product.

 

RETURN FOR NO REASON

Items that have not been worn, used, washed, or altered can be returned.
Items should be returned with original package and tags.
Packaging box (original manufacturer box) should be returned in brand new, resalable condition. Damage or missing of the packaging box may result in fees. After our receiving of the returned item, refund will be paid by Paypal at once.

 

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

We offer exchange for a defective product or one that is damaged in shipment. What you need to: 

  • Informus within 48 hours after your delivery so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
  • Contact customer service and sendthe tracking number of the order and damaged pictures to us , we will check it and return related shipping fees to you.

 

ITEMS SIGNED BY OTHERS OR DELIVERED UNSUCESSFULLY

We shall not be responsible for items stolen, if you lose the package after delivery , you can contact us for help ,we will help every customer apply refund from shipping company and get the items or money back. We strongly suggest you to buy insurance for any item you buy.

  • FOR FAILED DEILVERY:
  • caused by logistics companies,we will send hair out again for free.
  • caused by natural disaster, we shallnot be responsible.

    (high-value goods are recommended to purchase insurance.)

 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

Returns and exchanges will be completed within four weeks upon the shipment of your package to us. In most cases, your return/exchange will be processed sooner. We estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 20 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing time from your financial institution to post to your account (up to 5-10 business days). We will inform you via email or whatsapp with regard to the details of your refund.
